Article Snippet: Previously PDOs de-paraffinized sections or 4% PFA-fixed HT29-M6 cells were incubated with 3% acetic acid in H 2 O for 3 min, immersed in Alcian blue (10 mg/mL pH 2.5) (Merck ref 101647) for 1 hr, and counterstained with Nuclear Fast Red solution (Sigma ref 6409-77-4) for 10 min.
